Candidate-reported interview process

I met one of the managers at the employee entrance and she asked me a few questions about my resume (e.g. what languages I spoke) and then gave me a tour of the exhibit. She was very nice and didn't make it stressful at all.

I was reached out to by the director of the butterflies exhibit, David Schloss. He sent over the interview details and let me choose the time, although I had some scheduling issues that pushed the interview back. During the interview, I was asked some standard questions. After that, Mr. Schloss gave me a tour of the exhibit.

First, you'll complete an online form where you'll list your achievements and explain your interest in the volunteer program or why you'd be a good fit. After they review your application, someone in charge will email you if you've been selected for an interview. The interview is usually held at a museum location, and you can pick the time. It mostly covers the same things as the online application. If you're accepted, the head of the program will contact you to arrange a schedule.
