It was a short phone call first, then an in person interview with the recruiter. After that, I had an in person interview with the manager and the COO. Because of scheduling, it took nearly a month to complete the whole process.
I applied to a call center position and they got back to me the very next day. I had a phone chat with the recruiter, who was really helpful and answered all my questions about the role. The following week, I went in for an in-person interview with the recruiter, and then met with the managers right after. Both of those interviews were pretty in-depth with a lot of questions. The day after that, I got a call about doing references, and then I started my new job. The whole thing was really smooth and fast!
The interview process was off to a bad start when they called me at a time I explicitly stated I was unavailable. When I finally connected with them, I had a phone interview with a really odd lady. No matter how enthusiastically I responded positively, she would pause and seem weirded out. She was super rude and didn't share any info about the job itself. The questions she asked weren't relevant to my personality or how I'd do the job. At the end, she said, "Well...If you REALLY want this position just e-mail me." It seemed like my excited "Yeah! Sure!" somehow implied I didn't want it.
