The interview process had three rounds. The first round was a technical interview. After that, there was an interview with top management, specifically Pavan, the co-founder. Finally, the HR team discussed compensation (CTC).
I applied for this job and got an interview a week later. They rescheduled it, and when I finally came in, the manager was rude and distracted. He interrupted me to take phone calls and was very unprofessional. I felt like he didn't care, and he looked at me like I couldn't handle a second job. They should have someone more attentive and less arrogant next time.
I got to the place a little early to check it out. The person interviewing me was nice and talked a lot, giving me a detailed look at the job and its perks.
