Candidate-reported interview process

I had three interview rounds. First, I talked to an HR person. Second, I met with the person who would be my manager. Third, I had a chat with the head of my department. The first and third interviews were remote calls, but the second one was in person. This was mostly because of where everyone lived.

I applied online for the Program Manager job. About 2 months later, a hiring manager reached out to set up an interview, which was done over Zoom.

It was quick but overall a good experience. However, negotiating the salary was not possible. If you're looking for more than a lowball offer, you'll need to be a strong negotiator and have a solid plan for how you'll bring value to the company. They have excellent negotiators on their team.
