First, you have to complete a skills assessment that takes about an hour and isn't too difficult. The interviewer was 5 minutes late, which was being graded by their rubric for timeliness. The first round is mainly to see if you fit the company culture, which is a bit odd for a job that's less than 10 hours a week and has no room for advancement. If you pass the first round, the second round will involve a mock lesson.
I took a skills test and heard back pretty quickly after passing. Then I had an informational chat. After that, I had to do a mock lesson for the interview. Then I had to take a full-length SAT or ACT, and they offered me the job after I got the score they wanted.
First, you gotta do a sample test with math and reading questions. If you score well, they'll want to do a quick video interview with you. Then, you'll need to give a 5-6 minute Mini-Lesson. After that, you can get into their training before you start teaching.
