Candidate-reported interview process

talked to the recruiter, then did a basic coding screen and after that a DSA interview that was pretty much just a design question, it wasn't too hard.

We started with a recruiter call, then I had an online assessment. After that, there was a 90 minute technical screening and a 60 minute whiteboarding session where I had to design a news feed.

Total trash process that wastes your time. The final round is an 8-hour, all-day thing. I can't believe they think this is acceptable. Even FAANG interviews are shorter and spread out. You're not FAANG, you don't pay like them, and your reputation isn't on their level. I don't know who they think they are. Don't bother applying, it's not worth the time.
