Had a virtual first interview on a Tuesday. They said we'd hear back by Friday if we were moving on to the next stage. Didn't hear anything Friday. Waited until the next week because of a bank holiday, hoping that might explain the delay, but still no word and no replies to emails. Really poor experience that a company that bothers to interview you can't even send a quick email about the outcome. It's so quick to just send an email saying if you're progressing or not.
The interview process involves two onsite rounds happening within a week, with a total of 6 interviews. You'll start by meeting a current financial analyst in the rotation program, followed by meetings with finance managers, a director, and the VP of finance.
The interview experience was positive, with good questions and experienced staff. The interview team was transparent about challenges and seemed welcoming. They answered my questions clearly, which made me more enthusiastic about the role.
