The interview process involved three interviews and took place over a few weeks. It was a pretty straightforward process, and they seemed very aligned with the company values. I received an offer around Christmas, which was nice.
I applied online in late July and right away got an automated email saying I wasn't a good fit. But then, the following week, the recruiter reached out for a phone screen. After that, I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager. I followed up in late August about my status, but never heard back.
The interview process was really disorganized. They didn't confirm if they could meet my salary requirements until the fourth interview, even though I'd listed them on my application. At that point, they said my salary expectations were fine, but then they offered me a position with a salary 20K lower than what I asked for. The HR department's structure seemed terrible.
