Candidate-reported interview process

I think there was a phone call first, and then two onsite interviews. Each onsite interview had a panel of three people. They were both an hour long. The first panel had managers from different departments and the HR/Operations manager. The second panel had the HR/Operations manager, the VP, and the IT person.

A friend gave them my name and they reached out to schedule a phone chat. It was pretty chill, with a mix of questions and time for me to ask mine. They told me about the pay range, perks, time off, when it gets busy, and a bit about the company's past. Then, they invited me to meet a bunch of managers and the owner. Still super relaxed, mostly asking about how I'd handle or have handled customer service scenarios. I had a second interview with some other managers. This one felt a little more official but still laid-back. They asked a lot of the same stuff or wanted more detail on my previous answers. Got the offer less than a week later.

I found the job on LinkedIn, and after that, I talked to the owner. She told me about the job and how it was super intense, like she was trying to make me not want it. Then I had a chill phone interview with the HR manager. After that, I had two in-person interviews where I met different managers. They offered me the job in less than a week.
