The process was really smooth. They asked average entry-level questions. The hiring manager wanted to know about my past sales experience. You could totally get this job with no experience if you talked about your work ethic.
The hiring process took a bit, with an initial interview and then a two-week wait. After that, I had the hiring interview, and a week later, they offered me the job. A week after that, I did my tax stuff, and then a week after that, I started working. Honestly, the whole thing felt like a real business process, which was pretty normal. After being there for six months, I was pretty high up there, second only to one other person on the production line. When I decided to leave, they didn't offer me a raise, but some pretty important people came by, like, begging me to stay.
Had a phone chat with the recruiter, mostly a screening thing for about 45 minutes. They didn't seem super excited or into it, like they were just going through a checklist. They said they'd chat with the hiring manager about my background and let me know about the next steps. I heard back within 10 days.
