very informal, I met with a few folks that worked there, and spoke with CMO on video call. Overall I found it to be an easy process and thought they would at least ask some motivational interviewing questions
The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by a meeting with a mid-level manager. The third stage was an on-site interview with the regional director. The fourth round involved a 4-hour job shadow, which required a 1 hour and 20-minute drive. This fourth interview was rescheduled after I was already en route. The recruiter then began discussing start dates, but subsequently, I received a rejection email without any specific feedback. The position was then re-listed.
It was a pretty straightforward process. The recruiter was nice and responsive. First, there was a phone screen, then an interview with someone who's currently a Health Coordinator, and finally, I met with the hiring manager.
