Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process began with a conversation with the hiring manager to assess my interest in the role. Following that, I had a second meeting with both the hiring manager and the next level manager. This part felt very casual and conversational, as they were primarily trying to determine if I would be a good fit for the position and the company's culture.

The interview process included a phone screen with a recruiter, then an interview with the Team Leads. After that, there was a presentation about the company with the Team Leads and Director. Everything was done online because of COVID.

The hiring process involved a screening call, an in-person meeting, and a presentation about the company. The recruiter kept me informed about every step.
