It was a zoom call, and they were really nice and upfront about what they were looking for. They paid attention and did what they said they would do. Seems like a good place to work. There was another interview at the store.
This interview used the STAR method and included 5 or 6 store managers who each asked a question. It was quite easy if you have experience in sales and customer service, with a strong focus on the sales aspect because it's a commission-based position.
My interview process with Absolute was pretty straightforward. A good chunk of it was done remotely via phone and video calls, which was nice because it saved me some travel hassle and money.
