Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process involved a written aptitude test first, followed by case and puzzle-based interviews, and then an HR round. It took a very long time, about 3 months from when I applied.
Aptitude test was simple, 25 mins and 30 questions, followed by a GD on general topics. Then there was a content interview, focusing on guesstimation and simple stats, up to a +2 level.
The company contacted us through the college. We had an online written test which had easy data interpretation questions. This was followed by a group discussion, and then a personal interview with two interviewers.
