The interview process was pretty simple and organized. It had two parts: a technical interview and a culture-fit interview. They were scheduled quickly, and communication was good and professional. The whole thing took about two weeks from start to finish. I got an offer right after, and I was happy to take it. It was a smooth and clear process, and I felt good about joining the team.
It's a multi-stage thing where they check you out for the job. You start with your application, then maybe a quick call or video chat, then they test your skills, and after that, you talk to a bunch of people from the team to see if you're good enough and would fit in. It usually starts with introductions, then they ask you stuff and you answer, and it ends with them telling you what's next and you getting to ask them questions.
It was a panel technical interview with behavioral questions from HR. The interviewers asked open-ended questions and follow-up questions. It felt more like a conversation and most of the questions were about programming in general, not sticking to a specific programming language.
