Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a casual chat, then some general questions about you, followed by one or two technical ones. The panel members rotated through asking questions; they weren't from the same team, and it felt like you weren't really part of their inner circle.

The whole interview was a single day event. It involved a presentation, a role play, and personal and technical questions. Also, I got to interact with other applicants and we were given a chance to give feedback.

It involved about four distinct stages. First, there was a psychometric test checking abstract reasoning skills. Then, an HR interview focused on personality assessment. The process concluded with a presentation given to a group of technical and business leaders.
