It was a three-step interview. First, some general questions. Then, a technical risk management part. Finally, I had to do a presentation based on a case study related to the portfolio I applied for.
Applied online and went through a risk assessment, followed by an SHL assessment. Then had an interview, followed by offer negotiations and acceptance. The HR team was professional and kind, and the interviewing manager was also professional and friendly. It was the best interview process I’ve ever experienced and took almost 3 months.
I signed up on the company's website because I had a lot of free time and nothing else to do with my life, it was an opportunity lol. I managed to pass the next stages and did wonderfully.
