Candidate-reported interview process

After applying, the first step is a general tech knowledge test. Then, there was a psychometric test to assess analytical thinking, calculation, communication, and employee characteristics.

It was a pretty intense but engaging interview process. You learn a lot about yourself and you leave the interview with more than what you came with. The real work life simulations give you an opportunity to see if you’d make a great fit into the team.

I had a really good experience. The team was super friendly and the office space was amazing. There were two interviews in total. The first one was online, and the second was in person. I was a bit nervous, but the panel did a great job making me feel comfortable.
