The initial interview review was thorough and focused on my technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to the fast-paced, high-pressure environment typical of a large financial institution. Working at a large bank would have provided invaluable experience in managing complex financial transactions, collaborating with diverse teams.
The interview is online, where you record yourself answering questions and submit it. You can rewatch your answers and re-record, but I wouldn't recommend it as I didn't finish in time. Each answer has a time limit, but I didn't realize there was an overall time limit for the interview, so I couldn't answer the last question.
It's need a good understanding of the questions before answering it. Candidate needs to be attentive to answer correctly. Confidence is the best thing to have in front of the panelists.
