Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quite challenging, honestly. The interviewer themselves was quite nice, which was a plus. But the questions were really difficult, and I found myself struggling quite a bit throughout the entire experience. They mainly focused on general aspects of the banking industry and how systems work, especially concerning cash handling. They also threw in some scenario-based questions to see how I'd approach specific situations.

Interview wasn't professional, they had a preferred candidate already. They just wanted people to interview for HR purposes. I wouldn't go back. They are also moving to digital, so these roles might not be around in 5 years.

They'll ask some general questions about the role and your personality. Also, some technical and soft skills questions. They will ask about your experience, education, and what you want to do in the future. They will get back to you within two weeks after the interview with feedback.
