So basically, I got a call from a recruiter first, they talked about my experience and what I was looking for salary-wise. Then, I went in for an in-person interview where I met with two different people. They asked me some situational questions and about my availability.

Got a call from the recruiter for the first chat, then the very next day they set me up with the manager for an onsite interview on a Friday. The manager told me I'd hear back within a week. By Wednesday morning, I got an email saying the job was off.

I met with the OR Nurse manager. They explained the role and responsibilities. This position is for a PRN role. They also mentioned that PRN employees get paid a flat rate of $21/hr.
