The interviewer or recruiter asked some tough questions that I wasn't expecting and had to think outside the box. I noticed the interviewer hadn't looked at my resume until we started the interview.
They brought me into the office for a fairly simple interview. They asked about my previous experience and my interest in working in the legal field. They were upfront about the job duties and what the day-to-day would be like.
We had a phone interview to start, and then I met two of the hiring managers in person. The interview itself was very kind and professional, and the staff were well organized and welcoming. The office was also well maintained.
