Candidate-reported interview process

It was a very relaxed and friendly interview. They asked me questions about art and how I approach working with kids. Things like my career aspirations, if I'd worked with children before, my motivation for wanting this job, and if I had a preferred artist.

They wanted to learn about my abilities as a part-time teacher. They asked how I would deal with children who aren't in a good mood, about my basic art skills, and about times I've had trouble with kids. They also asked about my availability.

The interview was professional but also friendly and personable. They really paid attention to my resume and seemed genuinely interested in me as an employer, making sure I had the right drive and temperament for the role.
