It was a really simple interview. They mainly focused on me and my personal attributes. I was told to demonstrate confidence in my ability to work there, show willingness to handle pressure and hard work, and be open to working extra hours to cover for other days.
Started with a Linked In conversation, then a phone interview, followed by a Teams interview with HR. After that, a second Teams interview with the team. A personality questionnaire was sent out to be completed. The whole process was quite easy and the team was very communicative.
I had a video interview after a phone interview. The people interviewing me were really great and asked standard questions. It felt pretty relaxed, and they tried to make it not too stressful.
