I applied online and then connected with a recruiter. We had a 30-minute phone screen to make sure I was a good fit for the role, followed by an interview with the hiring manager.

The interviewer seemed friendly but unprepared, checking her notes about the interview type during the intro. She mainly asked about my location and if I needed visa sponsorship.

The interview was quick and to the point. I appreciated the genuineness of both interviewers. Throughout the conversation, the interviewer asked insightful, open-ended questions that allowed me to share my experiences and thoughts. What impressed me most was their active listening; they made sure to acknowledge my responses, often reflecting back on what I said and asking follow-up questions that demonstrated genuine interest.
