We had 2 rounds of behavioral interviews with the co-founders, then a case study with the VP core focusing on strategic finance thinking. This was followed by an onsite interview with the finance team, functional leaders, and other people at the SF office.
The interview process might be different now, but for me, it was a two-part process. The first interview was a video call with the CEO. It was a super conversational and a very pleasant experience that solidified my interest in working at the company. The second interview was a video call with the Director of Sales - also a very pleasant experience where I answered several very typical interview questions. Both interviews were easy and I felt free to ask all the questions I needed to about the company and the role.
I first chatted with the CEO, John, who was super nice and gave me a good vibe about the company. Then I spoke with the COO, Eric. He seemed really stressed, like he had tons of meetings and didn't want to be there. Honestly, his whole vibe made me realize I didn't want to join Abodu.
