Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was straightforward. It involved a tour of the center, followed by standard questions, and then a chance for me to ask questions. It was a relaxed and non-intimidating experience.

The interview process had 4 steps. First, a quick 5-minute screening to check if you're okay with the location, hours, and salary. Then, a 15-minute interview with the clinical director to chat about the day-to-day operations. It was very brief and business-like; the director isn't interested in personal life details. The last interview, over a month after the screening, was with the CIO for a vibe/passion check, which was more promising. After that, you might meet the CFO and tour some clinics. Make sure to ask questions during the tours to understand how the clinic functions!
