The interview process had 4 rounds, including a very demanding take-home exercise that I had to present to the hiring manager. They said they were very happy and wanted to make me an offer. I waited for a month with no news, even after following up. I finally got an email from a third party saying, without any explanation, that I didn't get the role. It was extremely unprofessional.
The hiring team was quick to respond, making the whole process efficient. I was impressed and felt well-treated. There were two full hour-long interviews, a logic/personality test, and a practical test to complete at home. The practical test was quite time-consuming, mainly due to the extensive ideation and brand analysis involved.
So, the interview process involved an unexpected live critical thinking test, which felt more like an IQ test, administered by HR. This type of assessment should ideally be communicated to candidates beforehand, as not everyone is prepared for it on any given day. It's done during the call, which is quite uncomfortable and odd. You have 10 minutes for 50 questions, though they say you don't need to complete them all. Overall, it was a pretty uncomfortable experience.
