We began with introductions, then delved into why you're interested in this specific role and how your skills can contribute to the company's growth. We also discussed a challenging period in your life and your suitability for the position.
ABIS wants to make sure this is a good fit for both of us. They grow by hiring good people. After the fourth stage, I got a feel for the culture, the people, and whether I fit in and wanted to fit in. Before I started, a phone call confirmed my interest in the role and outlined the interview stages. My process had five stages: 1. In-person interview with the office manager and a Wonderlic test. 2. A case study. 3. About a two-hour interview with the implementation and training managers. 4. A group lunch with employees from different departments. 5. An interview with the CEO. By the end, I'd met over half the staff. Employees have significant input.
The CEO reached out to me directly after seeing my profile on LinkedIn. We scheduled the first interview, which was with the office manager. It involved an online test, followed by a discussion about the job and the company. We also got a tour of the office, which was impressive. Next, I had to complete a business case, which took me two days. Then, I met with the Implementation Manager. Shortly after, I was invited to a lunch with employees from sales, programming, and implementation. The next day, the Implementation Manager called with an offer. I really liked the process; it was explained clearly from the start.
