I interviewed with the hiring manager and the floor manager, who would be my direct supervisor if hired. An assistant unit manager, who could be one of my charge nurses, might also be there. Initially, I didn't get the full-time, night position I applied for on a specific floor in the Buerger building. However, they referred me for another interview on a different floor in the same building. I ended up getting a part-time, nights position, but they gave me full-time hours. This worked out fine for me since I was still on my parents' benefits. Keep in mind, you can formally switch to full-time after your probation, but you have to stay in that role for six months.
They were slow to reach out and respond. It was a multi-stage interview process involving the unit manager and the talent acquisition partner. Most of the interviews were online or over the phone. The talent acquisition partner was the main point of contact until the Zoom interview.
