Candidate-reported interview process

First I had an initial screening with HR. Then I interviewed with the director who would be managing the role. Finally, there was a 90-minute progressive panel interview with some other staff members. All these were virtual.

It was a pretty long interview process that spanned a couple of weeks and involved a lot of different people. The hiring managers and potential peers wanted to check if you'd be a good fit for the department and the company overall.

I applied online and a recruiter got in touch about a week later. There were two virtual interviews followed by a 4-hour onsite interview. The onsite was pretty intense with several one-on-one and panel interviews, but the employees were really nice. The whole process took about two months, which felt longer than it needed to be, and the recruiter wasn't great at responding to emails.
