Candidate-reported interview process

Super short interview process. They asked general info about me and my background. Didn't need any outside knowledge to do well. The interviewer was nice and made me feel welcome. Remember they need you more than you need them.

I met with the director, and we talked about what they expected for the role. She then asked me why I thought I was the right fit. I told her my reasons. We finished up after about 30 minutes, and I left. She called me three days later to offer me the job.

You can submit your info on our website and we'll get in touch if there are openings. We usually call within a week if there's no hiring freeze. Please don't call us about your status since we use our personal phones. The interview is pretty casual, just wear something nice, not a suit. We'll ask about your experience and how you'd handle specific situations, be real because that's what we deal with daily. You might have a last-minute orientation if we suddenly need more help.
