Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and heard back in about a week to set up interviews. The process took a while, around 5-6 weeks. I didn't do any assignments, but I did meet with a bunch of different people.

It was a good and thorough process that evaluates your strengths in story-telling, advancement writing, and communication. It began with a zoom interview, panel discussion, and a showcase of personal and published writings.

The interview questions were given out before the interview. The interview itself was pretty easy. It was a friendly atmosphere during the interview. There were at least 5 people from different departments who were part of the interview. Each person asked their own questions.
