I met with two people currently on the team, and then three managers. It was a total of 5 people.
It started with a phone call where they asked some standard questions. Then I had an in person interview with my potential direct supervisor and their manager, which was more focused on my skills and past experience.
The process starts with a temp agency that does an initial interview and resume review. After that, there's a phone interview with all the managers. Finally, there's an in-person interview with at least two managers.
