The Data Analyst interview process includes: HR screening call for background check. Then a technical screening on SQL, Excel, stats, and visualization. If needed, there's a take-home assignment for data analysis. After that, a technical interview focusing on SQL, Python, and problem-solving. A behavioral interview follows, covering communication and teamwork. Finally, a round with senior managers before an offer is made.
The interview experience was positive, though there's always room for improvement. I'd also like to discuss the interview questions, but that has already been covered in a previous section.
It was a campus recruitment. I had a phone interview where they asked basic questions. The recruiter called me after 2 days and informed me that I was selected to work for abhra. Then there was another call where they inquired about my availability to start and their work processes. I requested the offer letter, and they mentioned it would be sent within a week. I've been following up since then, for two months now, but the recruiter has not responded. They should have communicated their decision upfront or at least replied to my emails. They wasted my time and made false promises. Terrible recruiting process.
