Candidate-reported interview process
First, a meeting with HR, then with the manager, and finally a meeting with the BU director for a final interview. The first interview is to get to know each other and see if the position is a good fit, and the second is to see if the position suits the profile. The third is more to validate the candidate's vision.
The recruiter was very helpful throughout the process, which was quite fast. I felt very welcomed during the interviews. I recommend!
Several interviews and an offer, then withdrawal when I announced I was pregnant. Clear discrimination, announced as such by HR because they were afraid I would take parental leave, even though they didn't ask me about it. I was then contacted again upon my return from maternity leave, and they were still interested. I strongly advise against it.
