Aberdeen Manager interviews, decoded.

I went through an agency for this role. I was invited to an interview. The two interviewers weren't super friendly, and one of them didn't make eye contact. Despite that, the interview was structured well, and they asked good, in-depth questions that really let me show off my skills and what I've accomplished. They weren't interested in personal details at all, just focused on my skillset.

First, there was an in-person chat with HR. Then, another in-person meeting with the hiring manager and HR. After that, I had to do a psychometric test with a third-party company to see if I had the right skills and would fit in. Then came the background check, followed by a reference check. Finally, they made an offer.

After my resume was looked at, I had an interview with HR, then an interview with the next position, and also did a case study. I didn't make it through, and it was a tough process. You gotta have specific experience to get past these steps.
