The recruitment process was straightforward. The HR team was helpful and kept me informed throughout. I made it to the last stage, where it was down to me and one other candidate. Ultimately, I didn't get the internship.
The interview process was straightforward and not overly complex. They reviewed my past experience and inquired about my motivations for applying to this specific program. There weren't a large number of technical questions. The assessment center involved a group activity where we had to collaborate on a project and then present it.
You start by sending in your CV and cover letter, then there's an online assessment. If you pass that, you'll have a 20-minute phone call. Success there leads to an assessment centre, which is about a half-day thing (around 4 hours). It includes a networking session with recent grads that isn't marked, then an hour-long interview with a couple of partners, and finally a group exercise where the partners watch (also about an hour). It's all pretty easy-going, everyone's nice, and my group at the assessment centre was great.
