Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was super fast and efficient, like a cattle chute. It was a large group interview, hard to tell who even got hired. High turnover there too. It's mostly grunt admin work, but the pay is easy. Just put on headphones and hope it's over quickly.

The interview started with a telephone call. First, they talked about the job role and company benefits. Then, we moved on to a competency-based interview. I was told before that they would ask questions about putting the "customer at the heart" and a question about teamwork.

I was sat in a room with two women who seemed nice enough, they told me I would not be moving to a different department and instead would be continuing with my mundane job that an untrained monkey could do
