It was a 3-round process. First, I had an interview with the line manager about my suitability and motivation. Then, there was a case study and a competency-based interview. Finally, I met with senior leadership in the department for a chat about personality fit with the wider team.
It was an average interview, I got to introduce myself to the hiring team and meet some future colleagues. The interview had three rounds and it took about a month to hear back. The HR department wasn't the most responsive.
Two interviewers met me in the room and introduced themselves. They each described their roles and responsibilities. Then, they discussed the company and its recent developments. The interview lasted an hour, with the last 10 minutes dedicated to my presentation.
