I got a call from HR about an intern role, and we scheduled a video call with the service manager. The interview was great, the manager was really friendly and I felt good about it. They offered me the job the next day.
The HR person made me not want to work there. They were very rude, and seemed new to the business world. They asked basic and dry by-the-book questions. The place looked dark and depressing. It looked like an old radio shack with nice cameras.
The interview process was very quick, only taking about 2 weeks to get through 2 rounds of interviews. This was after a hiring freeze because they were relocating to the Brooklyn office. For the first round, I interviewed with the head of integration. The second interview was with one of the founders and the CTO. They seem passionate and are looking into the future of film.
