So first there was a phone screening with HR which was about an hour. Then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, that was about 30 minutes. After that I went to the site for an in person interview with the hiring manager.
First, you'll do some pre-tests at the site. If you pass those, they'll invite you for onsite interviews. The recruiter will then send you a link to some training to get you ready for what they expect. After the training, you have to pass a test on another website to get your record set up. Once you pass that test, they'll coach you on how to talk to the panel members based on how important and senior they are.
Had a phone interview first, then an on-site interview. Talked with two HR people who asked me standard STAR behavioral questions. Then I met with department heads who checked my technical knowledge and how I'd fit in with the team.
