ABeam Consulting Consultant interviews, decoded.

The interview process was great, really organized and respectful from the start. The panel made me feel comfortable and it was a good conversation. The questions they asked were relevant and helped me show my skills, and I also learned a lot about the job and the company culture. They kept me updated the whole time, explaining each step and giving feedback quickly. They always let me know what to expect. I felt really good about it and excited about possibly joining them. It was a very professional and encouraging experience.

It was pretty standard. We had three rounds. The first round was more about behavioral questions. The following rounds touched on technical skills but didn't involve any direct testing.

HR interviewed me first, then I spoke with Senior Consultants and Project Leads. The whole thing took about 1 to 2 weeks to get a result. They mostly asked technical and product knowledge questions.
