Candidate-reported interview process

The process started with a Behavioral Test to see how I fit with the company culture and the job. Then, there was a Group Discussion, which was pretty straightforward. Finally, I had a personal interview that was mostly behavioral.

Simple interview where you meet the VP directly. It's difficult to answer his questions, but very helpful to talk to such important people. It's one or two rounds depending on the person you interact with, and then straight to negotiation. But you won't get any incentives.

The process was really good. They reached out to me on my phone and told me about the job profile and company policies. Then, they asked me about myself and my past work experience, along with some related questions.
