It was a four-part process: First, submitting your resume and then HR doing a quick look-over. Second, a phone call and maybe an online test to see if you got the basics. Third, longer chats with the boss, tech people, and future coworkers, possibly with a case study. Fourth, chats with execs, reference checks, and then the offer.
The talking with mgmt was poor and the process is complicated. No one seems to want the role and it's very long. I don't recommend it; better to ask for more and don't waste time on it.
There were 2 interviews, the first was a get-to-know-each-other and some info sharing, the second was to dive deeper into experience and expectations. Each interview was 30 minutes long.
