It was comfortable and straightforward, I had a nice time meeting the team assistants and associates from the department. They then asked me about my expected pay scale based on my experience and told me if that was usual or uncommon, and said I'd be getting a call.
This was a four stage interview process. One of the stages was a written round. For that round, I had to write a cold call, a cold email, and a LinkedIn DM. These had to be hyper-personalized.
The interview process usually has a few steps. First, they'll look at your resume. Then, you'll have an initial chat with HR. After that, there might be some tests to see if you have the right skills or technical knowledge. Finally, you'll talk with the people who would be your managers. For some jobs, you might also have to do a case study, be in a panel interview, or do a behavioral assessment. The whole point is to check your qualifications, see if you'd fit in with the team, and figure out what you could bring to the company. They'll keep you updated and follow up to make sure everything goes smoothly.
