Candidate-reported interview process

The recruitment process typically includes an initial screening to shortlist candidates, followed by technical assessments, managerial interviews, and HR discussions, evaluating skills, experience, cultural fit, problem-solving abilities, and overall suitability for the role.

So for the interview process, it had a few parts. First, an HR call to start. Then a technical test, it covered QA basics and stuff like Selenium. After that, there were two technical interviews. These were about making test cases, tracking bugs, and automation. Sometimes they also asked behavioral questions to see how I solve problems and communicate.

It was a smooth interview process, but they took a long time to release the offer. Waiting for the offer made me sad.
