The process was good, it involved 3 interviews and the level was average. Typically, there's an application screening, then a phone and in-person interview, plus some skills assessments. After that, they do reference checks and make a final decision, maybe giving you a job offer.
It's easy to crack, only one round they take. No difficult questions. Communication should be strong as the company is USA-based. Basic knowledge about the technology you want to work is required.
So the interview process started with a hiring manager chat where they wanted to hear about my background, my interest in the role, and how I fit with the company. Then there was a coding interview, they asked me to design a function to catch fraud from user data and discuss how I'd make it efficient and scalable. The last round was a behavioral interview, where I had to talk about a tough project, how I handled issues, met deadlines, and what I learned.
