Candidate-reported interview process

the interview process is a structured, multi-stage procedure designed to evaluate a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit through a series of interactions, typically ranging from initial screenings to final, often behavioral, interviews.

The interview process included checks on your background, communication skills, technical skills, and computer skills, specifically with Excel and MS Word. There was also a typing test, and questions about problem-solving, family details, education details, current market trends, AI tools, and marketing importance.

It was a super simple process. The interviewers were really nice and professional. The whole thing took about two months from applying to getting an offer.
