Candidate-reported interview process

It was a quick, straightforward, and easy interview. The people I met with were very direct. I liked meeting them. I'd suggest it.

The interview process was okay, and I actually declined the offer because the salary expectations didn't match. If they were willing to raise the salary or at least meet my minimum requirement, I would have accepted. It was a super seamless process otherwise, so please consider raising the salary for your staff.

The interview process typically involves a recruiter screening, followed by an evaluation by the hiring manager. Then there are technical or behavioral interviews, stakeholder meetings, and final discussions to see if you have the right skills, experience, cultural fit, and overall alignment with the role expectations.
